SALES ASSOCIATE

FT/PT positions -year round staff

Saturdays required.

Full day shifts of 6 hours/day

18-30 hours per week.

We’re looking to add a warm, reliable, fashion-loving team member to our fantastic boutique staff!

​

Closet Exchange is a women’s contemporary and luxury consignment shop, and we’re searching for part-time and full-time Retail Sales Associates who love style, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

If you’re passionate about fashion, great with customers, and excited to be part of a supportive small business, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

​

• Help customers create new looks and feel welcomed in our store

• Style outfits and assist with visual displays

• Run a basic PC register and check out customers

• Receive and organize inventory

• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting

• Create social media content and respond to customer questions (we’ll train you!)

• Support daily store operations as part of a team

​

What We’re Looking For:

​

• Must be 18 years or older

• Friendly with strong customer service skills

• Fashion-forward and aware of current trends

• Comfortable using computers and social media (training provided)

• Reliable and available year-round

• Available Saturdays (every Saturday or every other Saturday)

• Able to work full days at least 3 days per week

• Available during store hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11am–5pm

• Able to be on your feet throughout the day

• Able to lift up to 30lbs and use stairs during shifts

• Quick learner with a positive attitude

• Knowledge of brands and current styles is a plus
