This is the time of year when we all eat more than we would normally–I love rich food–baked goods, appetizers, cheese, fried anything–I’m hopeless. Don’t even mention chocolate.
But, there are a couple of things that will help you feel less puffy. Wear all one color from head to toe–and fabulous jewelry. Wear tall shoes or boots–the extra couple of inches will stretch out that extra couple of pounds. Wear narrow clothes–try a tunic with leggings! Put your hair up–makes you taller and looks like a face-lift! Stand up straight and pull in your tummy. Celebrate–we can all go back to normal eating next week.
One more thing–smile, smile and sparkle. You are beautiful!
