This is the time of year when we all eat more than we would normally–I love rich food–baked goods, appetizers, cheese, fried anything–I’m hopeless. Don’t even mention chocolate. Nothing like an endless winter to make us graze…
But, there are a couple of things that will help you feel less puffy. Wear all one color from head to toe–and fabulous jewelry. Wear tall shoes or boots–the extra couple of inches will stretch out that extra couple of pounds. Wear narrow clothes–try a tunic with leggings! Put your hair up–makes you taller and looks like a face-lift! Stand up straight and pull in your tummy. Try skinny jeans, boots and a top that covers your bottom. It works!
One more thing–smile, smile and sparkle. You are beautiful!
