Crew, Ann Taylor, Elie Tahari, Seven, Old Navy, Banana Republic and many little boutiques carry a vast assortment of summer skirts–flirty, classic, bohemian–mini, knee-length, or to the ankle.  If the skirt is busy or embellished, remember to keep the top simple and fairly narrow.  If the skirt is simple, you can play with a more elaborate top or one with more fabric.
